Excited
I am so pumped up for tonight. Dodgers versus Padres. Dodgers win, they clinch the NL West. Padres win, they stall the Dodgers celebration. It will really be a playoff atmosphere. Now, I am really sorry I haven't been able to blog lately :(. I've been so busy with school and stuff, I haven't really had a good chance to blog. But that's all about to change starting today. I should be able to blog almost every day now.

Yesterday, Nick Adenhart was honored after the Angels won to clinch the AL West. It was a great moment for everyone in baseball, not just Angels fans. 10 minutes into their postgame celebration, they all ran out to center field, where a banner on Adenhart is. They patted the banner numerous times, spilled champagne on it, and acted like Adenhart was there, celebration with them. It was a moment that touched my heart.

So the Padres have seemed to wake up after the All-Star break. Even with the series loss to the Diamondbacks, they have still played really well. Next year is gonna be a major fun year. I'm talking contention, playing games that count in September, and maybe even some October baseball for the Padres. At least, that's how I see it.
There's rumors that this off-season, the Padres could trade for...... Milton Bradley? Yes, Milton could be coming back to San Diego. The Cubs will pay a majority of Milton's contract, and the Padres will only have to pay him 1-2 million a year. Now that is a bargain if you ask me. Maybe a Milton Bradley for Luis Perdomo deal? That could work for both sides. I would take Milton in a heartbeat if the Padres could take him for 2-3 million. I know, he causes trouble, but he didn't cause much trouble here in 2007. If Cubs GM Jim Hendry calls this winter, I sure hope KT answers it.
I have a question for all of you guys. Would you take Milton on your team?
I also have another question for you. Do any of you guys own a PS3?? I'm thinking of saving up to buy one. If you do own one, how is it? Was it worth how much you payed for it???

I was just watching Everyone's Hero the other day, (It's my favorite kiddie movie) and I realized that baseball isn't played like it used to be. Little kids don't go to the sandlot to play ball with their friends, they're too busy texting people, updating their twitter or Facebook accounts. I think MLB could have an organization that makes sandlots around the globe. That would be an awesome thing that MLB could do.

Tonight: Chad Billingsley versus Cesar Ramos. C'mon Padres!!!!!!!! GO PADRES!!!!!!

I always love to be the "spoiler" for other teams, and with the chance to spoil playoff hopes, they have to be done. Then something will be talked about! Please stop by again I got a new post up after you commented. ;-)

Should be a great atmosphere for Padres-Dodgers tonight. Milton Bradley? Rays Renegade said he was rumored to be going to the Rays. I wouldn't want Bradley on my team, that's for sure.

The Indians have so much in common with the padres this season. Won't be long until this season is over and spring training will start up, it goes fast!
